What size bolt to plug O2 sensor in Termi 2-1?
Installed 2-1 full Termi system and need to plug the O2 hole. What size bolt?
Thanks!
Dana

As far as I know, you shouldn't have a hole for the O2 sensor on the Termi 2-1. The system eliminates it. The system does have two plugs, one on each cylinders header pipe. These holes are for "sniffing" with a gas analyzer to balance the CO% on each cylinder individually. The plug is 10x.9mm. This is an odd thread pitch and probably not available in your local hardware store. Unfortunatley I don't know where to soure them but someone here might.
(edit)Now that I think about it, just transfer the plugs from your original system. If your 2-1 does for some reason have a hole for the O2 sensor, it's 18x1.5mm.

Good call Dookie!
It wasn't the O2 sensor but the bung for the sniffer. I stole the two off the stock pipes and viola!
Thanks bro!

If you run some other systems, the O2 sensor bung is 18 mm if I recall. At least it is on the Zard. Some people's system just have a large bung hole.
Yeah, I said large bung hole.
Out!
