VDST question

Hi all,

I'm thinking about getting a VDST software to do the basic maintenance of my Hyper.
All I want to do is the basic stuff like TPS reset, CO trim and clear error code.
I'm running a Hyper with the Termi 2-2 (and teh dedicated ECU)

After a little bit of research on the net, I found 2 versions, a VDSTS and VDSTS Pro that is 700$ more expensive.

Can anyone tell me what's the difference between both ? Does the pro one allow more setting or is it just that the pro is multi ECU ?
Any feedback on the use of this VDST is welcome !

Thanks.

This should answer your question.

http://www.desmotimes.com/product915.htm

basically the cheap one is specific to one ecu.

I have the same setup, and just did all what you seek last weekend with a friend's VDST. He has the single ECU version. Worked great!!

If you are a DIY'er the VDST is great and highly recommended!
As already noted, the $199 version works for a single model and it will work with all DP ECU variants for that model (like with the Termi kit).
I rerouted the diagnostic plug on the bike so I could attach the VDST without removing the right fairing.
The Technoresearch website has the user manual and the software program for download if you want to read up or check out the software interface.
If you have any other specific questions let me know!
