Spacer to use when removing your passenger pegs.
For the truly obsessive compulsive type. When leaving the bolts on the shelf or using washers just won't suffice.
http://www.mcmaster.com/#92510a798/=6tz8vh They have some with a smaller inside diameter that may provide a tighter fit but these worked well.
Gotta go take my meds.

Definitely a good way of keeping those threads unexposed to the elements while one saves enough $$$ for the monoposto heel guards!

Not raining on your parade, but what about using buttonhead screws of the same thread pitch like on most Jap-bikes??
That way they would be more flush to the bracket and chrome.

1. Chrome won't get ya home.
Pic from my last bike build. I blasted the chrome, hit it with primer and then John Deere Blitz Black.
2. I won't lose the bolts when they are on the bike.

Yeah, I know about the chrome vs. home thing, but I was thinking that it would look more "finished" and it would be more flush so less to get a boot hung up on.
Just my opinion, it typically means nothing....

That was my first thought as well....
It would look better and the chances of getting a shoe lace caught on the spacer and bolt would be much less.

i don't see how the spacer would increase the chance of getting a lace caught. i'm just stalling. gotta put that cored exhaust on this weekend.
