Clutch cover bolts
Ok, I did a search but can't find the answer. I've tried a few combinations but can't get the bolt head heights consistent around the cover. 2 of the bolts go further into the cover than the rest. Any help?

Not sure I understand the question (prequalifier in case I sound stupid) but there are six bolts I believe and two of them actually go through to the engine case (center part) and the rest stop short and end in the side cover.
On some clutch covers (mine), the bolts that go all the way into the case are covered by the clutch cover itself and it is essentially held on by only the four bolts that stop at the engine side cover.
Does this help??

There are 3 different length bolts, long, kinda long and short. I can't get them to have a consistent depth in the cover. Photo attached.

They won't!!
Take a look at the link that Tyson posted and scoll down to the second pic. The bolts at the 11 o'clock and 8 o'clock position ride right through the cover and all the other bolts hold the cover on.

Thanks Dave, I didn't look close enough to the pictures in the link. I thought they were all flush but only 2 were flush the others stuck out about 1/4 of an inch. Just the opposite of the Speedymoto cover. Mystery solved!

I'm glad I could help. You were kinda sounding a little desperate......lol
I had to look at mine for a bit before I put it on and mine was even easier. My cover doesn't have holes in it at the 11 and 8 o'clock positions so I had to put those bolts in first before I put the cover on.

I've been pondering getting an open clutch cover for a while, but it has to look right (to me). The set up in the the above instructions looks really cool but I couldn't find it anywhere. Is it just me?

I always start at the top and line up the bolts in order of how they came off (clockwise).
Never lose any or mess up the order that way.
