IVe used Spiegler lines on a few of my monkey bike projects. They are very nice lines.

I did custom Spiegler lines when I put SBK brakes on my Monster and had some problems, including a line that failed under bleeding and spewed brake fluid all over my bike and a few bikes nearby. They hadn't properly crimped one of the connections. They stepped up to the plate and took responsibility for it though.

The problem I ran into (and resolved) was that the stock pins in the throttle assembly had to be cut off to allow it to rotate slightly as the dual lines did not fit under the cables in the stock position.

thanks for the heads up did you do replace the rear line and clutch line as well and is the banjo size on the slave the same as calipers and masters 10x1.0?

Now that's something you don't hear every day. A standup company is worth (almost) as much as a good product.

i have put Spiegler lines on a number of bikes and have never had a problem. i cant see how they could effect temperture but you will notice a change in break performance. some people don't like them because they take away the soft feel at the begining of breaking making them feel grabby. but after you get used to it, if you give yourself time, you should like them.
