removed turn signals, now lights don't work
I removed the front turn signals on my hyper recently, and since I've been indecisive about which ones to replace with, I just left them off. Since then, it seems like my front and rear lights don't work anymore. When I pull the trigger for highbeam flash it works, and the brake light comes on when the I use the brakes. Any ideas?

Well, since the brake light works without the lights fuse (found this out at a
track day when I got flagged-- Doh!), I'm betting the fuse got blown. Maybe
an open ended turn signal connection shorted to ground and blew the fuse?
The lights fuse is a 15 amp in the fuse box under the right side panel. You can
see the black rubber lid of the fuse box with a flashlight, just look down into
the slot on the side panel. The lid is held on the front/outside by a soft rubber latch.
You can pop the lid without taking the side panel off, but it takes some amount
of fiddling... very thin fingers or a hooked tool.

removal
I pulled off all my turn signals and license plate light for a track day and the headlight still worked. Tail light only worked with the lever.
Any chance you unplugged the headlight when pulling the signal wires out???? Just a thought

funny enough.. I started this thread a year ago I think. Yesterday my lights went out again, I changed the 15v fuse and everything works again.. then this thread popped up after a year in the netherregions of ducati.ms
weird how things happen.

You most probably doucheboxed the fuse, smell it. If it smells like tuna. It's douchedboxed.
