Exhaust Leak

Hey guys,
I was just wondering about some water that comes from my exhaust when i let my bike warm up. Im not concerned about the water but where its coming from. Its coming from bout back side of flapper valve. I also feel air movement there. Im getting redy to install my cat delete, so i will check all connections, just wondering if this is common? Surely it not spose to leak like that?
thx

Condensation. Normal and should burn off (evaporate) after a few miles.

The exhaust fittings aren't a perfect match and they tend to seal up when they warm up and exapand some. My Zard does the same thing and they have a pretty good clamp on that connection.

If you loosen all the connections and adjust the alignment of the pipes prior to tighten the clamps you will get a more positive seal. Now would be a good time to check since your pulling things apart anyway.

Out!

I replaced the larger clamping fasteners with grade8 steel and used antiseeze unlike the dry factory assembly of the stainless fasteners.
I wasn't able to get the oem bolts tight enough to take care of the wiggles even with anti seeze.

I just brought my bike out of storage and took off the Termi 2-1, looking for sleeping mice. I saw some orange silicone around the egdges. does this need to be replaced? there wasnt much on it to begin with.
