DP Carrier questions - Ducati.ms

Hey guys

I have a crashed Hyper that I have rebuilt and is almost ready to roll again. One of the remaining items is the rear grab handle and the tail light. I'm thinking I would rather have the DP carrier instead of the stock grab handle but I'm not sure which way to go.

Does the carrier replace the handle and the black plastic support underneath it? Does the tail light mount directly to the carrier?

Where is the best place to pick up a carrier as you never see them in the classifieds?

Any guidance would be a bonus!

Go on Ebay motors. Then go to Ducati parts and accessories. Narrow it down from there. You might have to go to each seller's "store" to see if he has it, but is not shown. You can also go to Ducati.com and link to the "Dealer locator". Then start calling dealers to see if they have one in stock???

Watch ebay. I was able to pick up a used one for under $50. The list price is a little crazy. It does replace most everything and the tail light mounts to the rack and underneath it.

Well I broke down and bought one from the dealer. Can't wait, I gotta get this thing on the road again. BTW the going price in Canada is $285.00 plus the taxes.
