Supersprox stealth rear sprocket
Question to anyone who has a stealth rear sprocket.
1. Did you upgrade sprocket carrier(flange, or CUSH adapter) or just use original?
2. What type of carrier flange did you get? I.e. NCR,or DP anodized aluminum for around $200
3. Was it worth upgrading carrier(flange/Cush) Weight? Looks?
4. Would you upgrade if you had the chance to do it again?
5. Lastly and mist importantly, I'm looking for carrrier options that fit the supersprox stealth and this thread is useless without PICS!!!

Well, if the Motowheels site was up and/or I wasn't such a dumbass and I'd remember what carrier I got, I could name it. Here's a photo:
I wanted a bunch of black on my bike so that's why I got the black carrier. And yes, I'd do it again.
As soon as I figure out the carrier I'll let you know.

I hope you do remember which carrier you got. I've looked at Driven and another I can't remember either and I like the look of yours.

Billet hub cover
I have the black Motowheels billet sprocket hub cover with my 45T SuperSprox.
It is $209.00 on the www.motowheels.com site. The new ones are
a little different than what I have (mine is like the 6-lug pictured), and have less
machined features.
I found it under "European Motorcycle Parts/Hypermotard/Hypermotard Drivetrain".
Also added 12-point titanium sprocket nuts to complete the bling...
(see Pro-Bolt USA).
You can re-use the cush drive bits-- but if the mileage is over 10k, might just
replace them. The Supersprox is self-contained (like the stock sprocket) and
needs no "carrier" like the quick-change aluminum sprockets use.

WHOA WHOA WHOA
those there rear axle sliders, so they work with a rear stand not meant for the SSS arm? if so where did you get em? how much? and would you recommend them over paying $150 for a stand for SSS arm?

Hope this helps
Well I got the 520 sprocket kit in the 15/42 gearing a few weeks back.
I guess I was lucky to get the stuff before they went out of stock.
The quality of the parts looks good. I installed them & have about 1,000 miles on them & have had very little chain stretch on the 520 RK XSO chain.
I just replaced the two sprockets & chain. My original had lasted just over 18,000 miles. The sprockets were not too bad it was the chain that had stretched to the point of no more adjustment.
The cush drive bushings looked fine so I reused them.
I weighed everything to see the actual weight savings:
Front 15 tooth sprocket
Stock..... 242 grams
520 drilled..... 211 grams
saved 31 grams (1.093 oz.)
Rear 42 tooth sprocket
Stock steel..... 1385 grams
520 Supersprox..... 885 grams
saved 500 grams (17.635 oz.)
Chain 104 pins
Stock 525..... 1940 grams
RK 520 XSO O-ring..... 1738 grams
saved 202 grams (6.579 oz.)
Total weight savings was 773 grams (25.853 oz. or 1.616 lbs)
Do I feel it? Not really, but theoretically it should help on acceleration & possibly would be noticed on a dyno. Plus you can't beat the bling factor.
Hope it lasts as long as the original

I think RK's 'GXW' chain is even lighter than the XSO
