SC project or other Oil Coolers? AZ heat on the way...
I searched but didnt see any feedback on folks who have swapped coolers...
Im in Arizona and the bikes at 210 degrees cruising at 80 mph or so in 80 degree heat which is nice, but I want to have this bike running as cool as possible as things are getting ready to heat up.
Has anyone got good feedback on the SC or alternatives?
I'm also thinking about getting rid of the Cat (already have termi slip, airbox and ECU) too...
I just need coolness...

Ive been running the SC cooler for a few months now and it definitely does its job. I could see it really be worth it for someone living in the AZ heat. As far as my experience here in the bay area its actually doing too good of a job for 60 degree days. On the freeway at those temps the motor doesnt get above 160. Thus ive been in the process of making a Carbon guard for it that snaps on and off to block some of it off for normal use but that i can pop off on hot days or at the track. Im interested my self to see what the bike runs at when the temps get up in the 90s to upper 90s.
The fit was perfect on it, absolutely zero issues fitting or installing it. Very happy with the look as well.
One down side with the SC at least for me was ordering it direct. Had to wait a while and pay the duties on it.

Very simple install, bolt on and connect the hoses. Dimensions are 10.5 x 4.25 inches.
