Question Best way to get a replacement red card

the guy who sold me my hm last fall has not been able to locate the "red card". what's the best way to get a replacement? he's willing to pay for getting it, just doesn't know the process of replacing.

i've also heard the red card is over rated

I was under the impression that they can't be gotten, hence the reason why the red key/code card is so valuable.

Does the Hper have a red key as well as the brown code card? My 08 that I just picked up had 2 black keys and a brown "code card". Should I also have a red key?

No red key. The Hyper is a 2-key system.
