Moto Video game reviews...
Well I had shoulder surgery and I'm down for a while and off work, but I got 2 new moto video games and both are the best I have ever played. I have an xbox 360 and figure some of you guys must play...
MX vs ATV REFLEX is the most real and unreal video game I've ever played. It looks like real MX and SX and plays like it too. I think they designed the riders on MC's and James Stewarts style... the rider rides like modern riders, kicking out the leg in the air while whipping it, they ride in the attack position and look so stylish its crazy. You can scrub jumps, whip it huge over big jumps, tap the rear brake in the air and the front end comes down, gas it in the air over big jumps and the rear comes down... its like real life physics. Rail berms and the the rider has his leg out and has great style even over the little kickers. If you gas it too much the rear end slides out to far..... But its hard at first, hard to get used to having one controller turn the bike and the other lean the rider different ways for different ways to make a jump or get keep enough speed to clear a big triple, or getting more traction by wieghting the outside peg... just like real life... But when you start to get it dialed it make the game so great... I haven't played any of the cars or quads on the game because I don't care about those so can't comment.
The other game I downloaded from xbox live and its called "Trials" its this crazy game where you use balance, gassing and braking the bike to climb, jump and do all sorts of wierd off the wall trials moves using the bikes physics... You have to land splines, make these big jumps using mid air braking and rider balance... I was laughing so hard because if you don't make your jumps the bike and rider explode or get blown up or fall and get crushed... This game is pretty easy,b ut then get very challenging. Its one of the most addicting I've ever played...silly crazy jumps and timing and graphics are super fun. Definately worth downloading the demo of this game on xbox live.
If you do vid games these rock.

For me its Forza 3, and Project Gotham Racing 4 for bikes/cars. PGR4 is a mix between sim and arcade, but whatever you want to call it its a lot of fun.

Call of Duty is awesome too, but those people online are just so freaking good I feel like a chump.
Have on car racing game that is called Grid... its fun but I don't know if its really a good game or not... haven't tried the Forza Gothic stuff though the cars look utterly amazing.

SBK Superbike World Championship was pretty decent. It wasn't promoted very well so it might be hard to find. It's worth checking out though. I rented it from GameFly.com
None of the moto games feel that real after playing Dirt 2 with a force feedback steering wheel. THAT feels real... well, as real as a video game can.
