New Arai Ducati Supermoto XD
Well actually a stock 2010 white XD3 lid on sale for $299 at Cyclegear... Toss on a Decal and some reflective Red and Green tape and poof...

It does't matter how cool it looks or how cheap it is. These billed helmets are terrible for use with a Hyper. The only reason to use one is to avoid speeding tickets, you won't want to go fast

Dude, thats sweet. I've always had a soft spot for nice custom helmets, and thats as nice as any drudi or TLD. Sweet.

I actually just swapped the idea over from my Givi... But the Back of the Arai is just a plain stripe, where the Givi got the Mec logo.

If I am over 80 and decide to look up at the sky for some reason, I will catch some good drag. Just leaning forward and tilting my head erases anything until 100, and at that point it doesn't matter which of my helmets I am wearing.
The field of view is also amazing, and I thought I could see everything I needed to in my X-11. Worse case, I can take the bill off.

sounds like someone has weak neck muscles. if a helmet with a visor is slowing you down at the speeds a hypertard can muster, you have other issues.
now, if you simply don't like the look of a visored helmet, then that's different .. but to say it will slow you down is the crack pipe talking.

I use my XD every day when I ride to work on my Hyper. I have no problem with it at all. I guess I just don't exceed 95 very often on the commute.
Best of all, it's great for cutting glare when I'm riding directly into the sun, which seems to happen quite a bit!
Anyway, nice job on the striping, Frustration! Clean, simple, classic...
