does anyone know where i could pick up a set of oem white body panels. not the nose just the two tank pieces and the small triangle on top of the tail light. ??

What about ordering from your Ducati dealer ?
When I was selling my red bodywork, I check on Ducati Omaha and prices for new parts are :

I think the cheapest way to go would be buying some of those cheap low quality carbon fiber from Hong Kong or ECC and get them painted pearl white.

It would also look a hell of a lot better leaving a bit of carbon exposed...
