08 hyper S salvage Australia - Ducati.ms

Picked up an 08 Hyper S at salvage auction in Melbourne a couple of weeks ago and almost have everything to get it back on the road. Really looking forward to riding it as I've not had the opportunity to try one as yet.
Wondering if anyone here knows the original owner and if so how I may be able to get in touch?

how much did you pay? I looked at one but it had a smashed dash. over $2k for a new dash and the bike won't start without it. bike still went for over $9k! someone got had.

I could tell you but then I'd have to..........
It took a hit from the front right, but those Marzocchis did their job, but sure need replacing. Would love to know what happened and if the crashee is OK.
Came with Termis and runs and sounds real crisp. Be nice to get it on the road.

Termis and a DP seat??

I bought an OEM seat off a dude in coburg who had written off his hyper with termis and a DP seat.

Cant be too many around melbs (you in Vic? your stats say NSW)

Yep. DP seat.......sounds like it could be the one.
