I have had them tune my bikes for many many years.

The owner, Fred Snyder, has at least 20 years wrenching and 15 years tuning/dyno experience.
The guy most people here will recognize is Doug Lofgren. He still performs the majority of custom mapping at Silverback. He has well over 40 years in the motorcycle industry and 20 years experience tuning fuel injected cycles.

These guys can tune your bike.
