Ita-moto Scam ???

Ordered a windscreen from ITA MOTO. Got the link from this forum.
Checkout did not take credit card info. Told me a sales rep would contact me.
A day later I got a Email asking me to make a bank transfer (10.00 fee). :

Has all the indicators of a SCAM .
Their web page boast secure checkout and shows credit cards.
I Email responded "NO THANKS"

Have any of you experienced this ??

Most retailers do not like credit card payments when the order is international, you have no idea how much credit card fraud is going around.......

No, if they won't take my card or Paypal, I won't do business with them, period.
There are thousands of other shops who will gladly do so, so why even bother?

+1. Even if they are legit, it's not worth the hassle.

Ita-moto aka E-moto has a piss-poor reputation here and on the MV site as well.

They are asking for the money by bank transfer because people who have not been receiving their goods have been getting their credit card providers to refund their money.

If they get your money by bank transfer, you can't get your money back in the event of non-delivery.....

Caveat Emptor everybody.......
