How to clean Ducati Hi-Tech 'Hypermotard' jacket???

Hey all,

How the heck do you clean one of these? I'm not worried about the outside so much as the inner liner (non-removable).

The garment tag is too worn to be legible...

I also posted in the gear section, but thought I'd post here too since it's a 'Hyper' jacket.

Thanks, thanks and THANKS!!!!

Chris

Turn it inside out and ride through a car wash
If it is the same as mine the liner is removiable

Heya Chris ... don't listen to Doon .. he tried to clean the outside of his jacket with tar seal and it didn't work very well

I would think any soft or delicate wash in a machine would be ok, I do this with my Cordura Adv bike jacket and pants and it is fine.

Hehehe, you guys are funny.

The outer liner is removable but the inner one is sewn in.

And this is the leather jacket, which is probably not 'real' leather although I don't know what is 'real' these days anyhow...

Anyways...can I still throw it in the washer Monsta?

Thanks guys!

try diluting some woolite down with warm water, and use a sponge to hand wash the inner liner.

once washed with the woolite/water mixture, rinse the liner with cold water (no woolite, just water), then hang dry the jacket on a hanger.

I don't trust drycleaners with something like that....

Cool, I'll go with the woolite, thanks!
