New (to me) Hyper on the way !! - Ducati.ms

I went to the dealer last weekend to get a battery for the old 900ss and jumped on a HyperMotard and could not stop smiling.

I've been watching one on Denver CL and the price was recently reduced so I went over to look at it today......it's essentially brand new.

The graphics are a wrap (3M) that can be removed but I actually think it looks pretty good…..better in person than in the pics. The bike was used as promo bike by Rockstar. If I get tired of them, I’ll pull them off and have Ducati red. They were specially created by Thinair Concepts in Cailf. http://www.thinairconcepts.com/home.html

It will be home by Wednesday. I'm sure I'll be asking lots of questions to you all.

I've seen your / that Hyper on eBay. Maybe the sellers timing was a little off; auction ended on January 1st with no bids (starting at $8,500)*
Seems to me that you got a good deal. Enjoy and share some more pics once you have the bike.

Looks nice! I luv riding mine, but am tempted to sell it and get a real supermoto bike, maybe the Ape SVX5.5.

Tough the beat the HM or HMS for the buck though.

Congrats Craig! You will love this bike! I have also seen this bike on Ebay. I like the Rockstar Graphs...but that white decal on the nose has to go!

Yep....that is the one RonB. With snow on the roads in Colorado and a tough enconomy, his price was high but he accepted a fair offer. A really nice guy.
