Well, you could do a search, as that will be suggested to you shortly, but all you'll find there will be people's opinions. So I'll save you the additional button pushing and give you mine right here.....
I have the Race seat. It is lower than stock, not as squishy, with more support. I came from riding Yamaha R1s and Honda CBR1000RRs so "supportive" never real bothered me before. Additionally, I live in Arizona. Our Sun is very HOT here and I have heard that the Comfort seat gel can be affected by this. The race seat has a nice lip which on me, sits right behind my azz so when I wheelie I have an nice perch that keeps me from sliding off the seat. YMMV.

I don't find it bad. Again, I'm coming from sportbikes so I'm kind of used to firmer seats vs. softer seats of say maybe touring type bikes.
The "pocket" that I spoke of just at the little hump in the seat seams to be a pretty comfy place to spend some time. The plus side to this bike vs. a sportbike is that you have room to move around on the seat to change the point of contact between your azz and the seat. This can pay dividends on a long ride with any seat.
Either way you decide, both are better than the stock seat and worth the price of admission in my opinion....

If you are just looking after comfort, then get the comfy seat.
IMO the Race seat is better looking on the bike than the comfy seat.
Comfort wise, my butt tells me that the Race seat is very close to the stock one.
If you want the best of both world, get the DP race seat and give it to a pro so that he can put gel inserts in it. I know people who did that and are extemely happy with the final result. But prepare another 200$ for the job.

I am in Arizona too and have the DP comfort gel seat and it is just that comfortable. It also looks good. The gel gets hot if you park the bike in the sun and your bells will sweat when you hop back on. If you leave a cover, jacket, or helmet over the seat whiled parked in the sun it does the trick. I rarely ride mine in the summer and park in the sun, so it doesn't bother me much.
Some people have done some real nice mods on the stock seat and it enhances the shape, comfort, and appearance especially with a suede cover for less than any of the DP or Sargeant/Corbin stuff.
Out!

I'm trying to make the same decision. After feeling both with my hands, I'll probably go with the comfort seat. The looks of the racing seat are better imo.
