Thread Locking
With the locking of Alex's thread I thought forum's were to to discuss, share, and debate the pro's and cons.
If we go away and do our own thing we would not be here would we!
I think you got it wrong Mr Mod.

I also do not know why the Mods would lock down a thread, as long as forum members still wanted to post on it, I think when a thread runs its course, it pretty much lock itself down.......just look at the achieves Aloha Alex

I thought thread locking was only excessive on Ducati bolts, even the ones that fall out.
I had oil and vinegar on my turkey sub today............you know New Years and all. I am pretty sure it was synthetic, as it flowed nicely and had good lubricity. Damn, now this thread is going to get closed too in the name of protecting bandwidth.
Out!

In this economy bandwith is getting hard to come by. So we all have to be very careful not to post anything silly like this post.

Or this one.
I just love protest threads... even more than oil and tire threads.
Here's to starting a thread on oily tires. Sorry, that would be silly, hmmmm.
BTW, I hear there are plans to sell thread keys to forum members as a
fund raiser to add disc space for all these incredibly useless and wasteful
forum postings. Imagine the feeling of exclusivity as you, the keyholder, post
onto locked threads that the masses cannot touch. You heard it here first.

Thread Lock
Ducati uses too much of it, and now it appears Ducati.ms uses too much of it too.
Both need to lighten up on it some.....

There are some mods who are on a power trip. This is the same mod who used to edit people's posts, actually changing words, if he didn't like what they were writing.
