I have a conundrum
I came a across a Bimota Delirio that I can get for a really good price, so I am considering buying it and selling my '09 Hyper S. The problem is that I only have is that I only put 1200 miles on the Hyper and I have it set up almost exactly the way I want it with mods that have come up to around $5k. I also really like it, so not sure if I want to let it go, but the Bimota with the same engine is a pretty special/unique bike. To top it off I have been seriously considering purchasing a new Brutale 1078, which would have to be postponed, as well. What would you do? Thx in advance.

if you decide to sell the hyper ... pull all the upgrade parts off and sell them individually (on fleabay, cl or other boards). you will not get anywhere near the money out of them if you sell on the bike.

you mean the Delirio? If you can get a deal on the Bimota you should get it in my opinion. Sweet looking bike to bad you can't swing the Hyper and Bimota.

I could have both, but they seem too similar...plus I think that I can swap out the full Zard, etc. to the Bimota.

the harley would be gone long before the other two. i loved my WR and if i was still healthy i would still have it. have owned a few harleys for short periods(bought cheap, fixed and sold high) and have ridden quite a few and still haven't found one i would keep. i enjoy riding and clean my bikes when required for proper maint.

The harley is rather rare as it is a real flat track bike withe a plate, only about five in the USA. Pic attached.

Nice problem to have.
Go for the Bimota and, as per John's suggestion, return the Hyper to stock before you put her on the market. Make sure to share pictures if you decide to get this one; I think that especially the red & white Delirio looks fantastic.
+11111 on keeping the XR

Keep the Motard and get the Bimota as well. You can try swapping exhaust or whatever, but at least you will not have buyers or sellers remorse. After a while, it will be apparent which one you prefer and which ones you want to keep.
