Hmmm...

I had to beg for a t-shirt after paying MSRP. Actually, I begged for a hat but they wouldn't even give me one.

Most of these guys need to realize that a little bit of butt kissing goes a long way. I would like for the local guys to stay in business and I'd be glad to do all my business with them, but that total lack of customer service ain't gonna work.

For want of a $25 hat, I've spent about $1000 elsewhere.

I had to beg for a t-shirt after buying my bike! They gave me a dealership t-shirt not a ducati one. I wanted a key chain but that was out of the question.

Same here. Dealer shirt. And then the hat my girlfriend finally got me for Xmas is a dealer hat.

I guess I can somewhat understand them wanting the free stuff to also be advertising, but right after writing them a check for $13K you'd think they'd ask me what I want.

They seem to be nice people, but if they aren't interested in recognizing my value to them, I guess I'm not all that interested in being valuable.

Is that a Flash Drive (if so, capacity) or a Data Acquisition unit?

My dealer ignored me for 15 minutes when I went to pick my bike up, that ended up not being ready. I should have known better. Someone here recommended I NOT buy my bike there. Yea, I haven't been back to him since I bought the Hyper...........spent close to 3K so far...........at another dealership.

Where are you going? The Hodaka store? That kind of love exists in every duc palace that I've been (granted I can count them all without using toes). I'd be stoked if I was gifted a ducati pen and flash drive...way to go JBF!

It is a flash drive with something on it, maybe a message or something, I left it on my desk, forgot to bring it home, I think it is a 2 GB.
It will be used as a key chain for my euuuh Ducati key?
Sweet!
