Never been a fan of the look of white exhaust wrap unless its on a custom rat rod.
However i think some black wrap might look pretty nice.
As for performance, you be the judge. My guess is its an unnoticeable gain/change.

just a thought...
Long as that isn't a Ti pipe, it should be fine.
From: Sportbike Performance Handbook by Kevin Cameron
Page 59:
Don't heat wrap a titanium pipe.
If it gets too hot inside that blanket, the metal oxidizes into a flaky yellow dust and falls apart.
Kevin Cameron's advice should be taken quite seriously....

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but to me that looks kind of ghetto... ceramic coating is a much better alternative.

If you're gonna do it (regardless of color) you should go the full 9 and wrap that bitch to the cans.
Otherwise, you're just pissing into the wind.

Have you ever seen stainless rust? Wrap it, wait 12 months and unwrap to find your new rusted pipes.

For whatever it's worth...
Theory = Because the temperature is higher than normal the exhaust gasses don't loose their kinetic energy and results in a better flow.
