Leo Vince Owners- Please Comment
Hey guys,
I just finished installing my new slip-ons and have everything tightened down. They sound great but I was wandering if the fit was within "normal" standards. The right silencer sticks out slightly further than the left. Should I loosen everything and mess with it or not worry about it? Anyone else experience this? Comments please.
Thanks!
Shaun

I don't have a LeoVince but I don't think your problem has anything to do with the manufacturer. All aftermarket exhaust systems take some work to get them to fit like a factory installed system.
I'd loosen the entire under seat mounting bracket, the slip-on and the connection to the mid-pipe. Then you can adjust the system without losing any of your mounting alignment.
It just takes time and patience, good luck

You have to loosen the mounts for the cans and work them even. They will fit perfect.

I have the Termi dual undertail slipons on my '08, and the fit was ok, but not perfect with my stock exhaust. When I installed the Zard collectors everything fit perfect.
I do not know if it was just me or not, but it seemed that the stock headers and cat did not fit with the stock exhaust as well as it did with the after market.

I loosened everything, made some adjustments, and now its good. One of the silencers was just pushed on a little further. Thanks again.
