DucShop Hyper Stack Question?

Hey Everyone,

I've tried to search for this and have come up empty handed so i thought i might ask the professionals....

Im lookin at gettin the ducshop stacks, would my bike need to run a pcIII or need to get tuned etc? Its a stock 08, but i have a zard top gun slip-on on order and just waiting for it to arrive?

Thanks In Advance

I haven't tried the kit with a stock ecu but mine didn't really need a PCIII when I used a DP Termi or DP cam ecu, Microtec is another option or a PCIII might wortk with the Fat Duc O2 modulator.

I was just about to ask the same question...

I'm currently running the Termi slip-ons, ECU and airbox, but will be installing the full Zard collectors and DP cams/ECU at the 12,000Km service.

I'm assuming no tuning would be required with the DP cam ECU based on your reply, but are you actually getting the gains this way?

Also, would my subsequently spare Termi slip-on ECU have any E-bay value?

IMO, the first thing you should get is a DP ECU, even before an exhaust, as the bike is way too lean stock. Then, you can do anything you want as far as intake/exhaust without fear.

That DP ECU should sell in no time. Actually, CarbonTard should grab it up before its listed.

Mine runs great with the stacks, Termi 2-1 DP ECU, and LV exhaust.
