A while back I came across a 50cc replica of the Desmosedici that was really cool. But the price was around $2,500 IIRC.

My friends son has this litttle Duc.. It's great. start them young.. It's a lifestyle

My son has one as well, (had is 18 months now) bike is pretty durable (no issues actually) but the training wheels did not last long.
It is surprisingly peppy on the 2nd (high) setting.
