A couple months ago I started a thread about how to do the 7500 mile service. The time came. I did the service yesterday with some friends. I started at 1130 and we finished around 1700. It took longer than expected. Taking that gas tank is not easy plus I accidently got a spring inside the gas tank. We Had to take all the gas out and the fuel pump to get the spring out. I enjoyed doing the work. The valve clarences were within spec. When I took off the belt covers I saw on the casting a M letter does marchocci make the casting for Ducati? I'm so glad I did the work now I have extra cash that I didn't spend at the dealer. I recommend everyone to their own service is not hard, just got to have patience and time with it.

Congrat's. That's good news. I'm planning on doing my own 7500 service, as well as other routine maintenance items. It certainly helps to get to know your motorcycle, especially when you want to do some upgrades.
