Now those are some nice looking welds , Some Ducati welds would never pass the visual stage of inspection....
Put some studs and go on up to Scandanavia and try out some ice racing...

Just for your information, that subframe is only homologated for 1 person: it is not safe to use it in 2 people.
That is made out of ergal and the tubes section is the same as the original subframe: ergal has a different mechanical resistance compared to steel.
I have just installed it onto my Hyper but I will use it alone (the passenger footrests are not there anymore).
A friend of mine has the same subframe and he had a problem with the fixing bracket of the exhaust: the bracket broke due to the vibrations.
I will not use the bike until next March so I am not able to test the subframe and see if it is reliable.

I need a replacement for my Hyper due to a lowside. What does a beautiful subframe such as this cost? Is there anyone distributing these in North America? I looked at the website but my Italian is ......well it just isn't if you know what I mean.

You will have no problem with the single sided Termi: this type of subframe has the same geometry of the stock one.
Here's a link on the italian ebay, but the current exchange rate with USD is not so convenient: this guy delivers abroad but you have to ask for the delivery cost.
