Not normal. The rubber plug with the wires you see there is known to be leaking.
Hit your dealer and they will replace it, they know about this problem that comes up from time to time.

Might be blow-by but it looks like its comming from the vert cylinder area - not the alternator feed-thru. Look up under the gas tank for the source.

I have a little of that on my case too from when I do 200+ mile days. I think it's like everyone says, a seal is either slightly out of place, cut or something. I check my fluid levels and there's no drop because it's so slight. No drips on the ground or anything - that would be worse.

I went to the dealer and he said he's seen it before and that they can look at it if I bring it in. Plan to take care of it at some point.
