Termi 2-2 Slipon loose baffle!!??

I noticed my baffle insert is a little loose in the muffler end cap. Has anybody else had this issue?

Is the little bolt tight or you saying the end cap is loose? It is pretty thin metal and will distort easily if rough handled, I have to tap the baffel in gently with a piece of wood so not to ding it as with a steel hammer

what baffle

I don’t remember. The first thing I did after the installation was to removed the baffles.
You should try without them.

My left one is a little bit loose too. Been like that since the first day I installed it.
Planning to work on a solution for that during this -way too long- winter.
