Calif gas

Hey, what up wid the milage of this weak sista dino squeezin's? She starts then dies after 20 seconds idle when cold. Milage down 15 -20 miles per tank and you have to pay more for less bang? History sez the winter blend due 10/1/09, that has always given me more tuning fits. Battery died and the cops are runnin my outa state plate and I gotta wear a bucket too, , , That "Welcome to California" sign crossing the Colorado was a lie.

You have to look closely as you cruise past the sign, but in 14-pt font at the bottom it says "now go home"

On the plus side, the ride along the coast on Hwy 1 is in most places worth the BS. There are many other great routes as well. OTOH, most of my riding miles were accrued in The Grand Canyon State, which also has some pretty good roads...but none of them oceanside.

I'm a forth gen. Californian, I've pounded miles all over from SLO north, so I am home. I guess I'm spoiled with less is more. Less traffic, cost of living, restrictions and nannies.
