50 state Hyper???

Is there such a thing as a 49 state Hyper and a California model Hyper?? Or are they all 50 state bike??

Unless the previous owner takes off the compliance sticker on the frame. Then it's a 49 stater. And the ca DMV isn't exactly full of a bunch of harvard scholars.

No issue there. I'm actually taking it from LA to AZ, so Cali compliance is not necessary. I just didn't want a dumbed down version of the same bike I could get here in AZ.
