$99 "Stretchy Fit" Hyper Covers on EBay
I've been considering these custom fit Hyper covers on EBay for a while.
They have a similar appearance to the red DP cover, but at $99 and free
shipping are more affordable. Has anyone here actually tried one? Would
you buy it again, having used it on the bike? I'm not intending to haul it
around-- it's only a dust cover for inside the garage.
They're sold by a company called Podium Racing in AZ, Ebay name: ducati-racer-2.

I just read towards the bottom, after all the photos...says 'This is an indoor dust cover...'???
Anyone know what this means? Not UV protected?

I was wondering the same thing. Not UV proof or not waterproof?

It means that it won't protect the paint, plastics, and rubber against the sun's harmful rays.

I would take the silk sheets off the bed and use that before spending $99 on a dust cover. If anything, I'd spend a couple more bucks and get an awesome outdoor cover you could use indoor or outdoor.

Well, you guys haven't exactly talked me into buying one of these covers!
I guess an old sheet would do the job for free . Then there's the $35
universal fit type that will work outdoors but aren't all that easy on the
paint. Ah well, guess I'll back burner this one a while longer... was just
thinking it would be nice to come back from a vacation, whip the cover off
the Duc, and have it look just as I left it.

I found the actual OEM red dust cover on ebay for the same price... I use it in my garage to keep the bike clean and dust free. I think it looks, fits and works great...
