Another exhaust question...

Did a search, found lots of threads on opening up the stock exhaust which is what i'd like to do but need more info. If you do nothing else but core out the cans, and run stock ecu, cat, powervalve, etc. will the bike's stock ecu sort it out ok? I have the larger fuel tank with K&N filters so i know that end is breathing better. I dont' want to drop serious coin on a full system just yet.

I think the fatduc would be advisable as a minimum to richen up the mixture.
Not expensive (in ducati terms) and easy to install.

I am pleased with my install with the unit zip tied to the frame for easy access and adjustment.
