Ohlins/Scotts steering damper setup Questions.

Hi, I recently purchased a Ohlins rotary steering damper kit (The Ducati Performance one) and am a bit confused as to how to set it up with the high and low speed dampening.
The Ohlins manual has very little info and my local Ducati dealer where I bought it isn't much help either.
If anyone could help me out with their experience on how to setup these units and their own personal settings it would really help me out.

I ride fast roads that are very rough if that helps.

Are the DP Ohlins dampers the same as the Scotts ones?

Thanks for your help.
Ari.

Same exact damper. Half the cost.

Thanks for the link, I will start playing.

If anyone can tell me their settings so I have a starting point that would be great.

Thanks
Ari

Leave the high setting alone... the low setting is basically subjective... start loose and just dial it in until you can barely move the bars at a standstill... then look for a good happy medium. You'll know when it feels right. It's not an exact science.

I was wondering why it cost so much more when it looked the same...

How many turns out do you run your high speed, so I can check that my high speed is right?

Thanks
Ari
