Best off-asphalt tires for Hyper
What's the "knobbliest" of the 120 front and 180 rear variety? Scorpion Syncs or is there something better?

Pirelli MT60 for the front. You're stuck with a Sync or a Dunlop D616 for the 180 rear.

Here's a great article about a tricked out a Hyper put together by Brian Catterson over at Motorcyclist mag. He put on a set of D616 tires which, in my opinion, look REALLY COOL and, apparently, work great as well!

I would definitely consider these tires for looks AND that aggressive tread. Has anyone tried them?

Feedback on the D 616 threads here is they heat and wear faster than the syncs on pavement, nothing about dirt traction.

That's what I've heard as well. They do look cool, though.
The Syncs work surprisingly well off road - for a street tire.

Avon Pro-extreme Rain
AVON Pro-Xtreme - Rain - I am about to give these a try. Have read only good things about them. Sticky on asphalt, grippy on dirt, and hell they actually come in the right size for our HM's. Anybody else have any experience?
