If you're happy with the way your bike idles and runs with the changes you made, that's great. However, there is a little more involved in properly balancing the throttle bodies.
Ideally, you would use the linkage throttle body linkage adjustment screw and your manometer to balance the throttle bodies at 3500 to 4000 rpm with the air bleed screws fully closed, then use a gas tester to adjust the airbleeds to achieve the same CO level at idle. This should be done at operating temperature.
You might find with the adjustments you've made at idle, that the bike does not run as smoothly as it could at steady part throttle.
