lightened flywheel, whats the choice out there

Nicholas, get the stock lightened, are there any others, do DP do one?

Only 2 I know of are the Nichols and the DP. From what I understand the nichols is much lighter than the DP.
I have a nichols on my hyper and LOVE IT!

I had the Duc Shop do the 600 mile service and install thier lightened flywheel two weeks ago. Got to ride it last weekend and loved the difference.
It revs quicker without any tendency to stall, etc.
It takes a little warming up before it idles and I did find myself staying in a lower gear while tooling along at slower speeds, but not a big deal.
I think in a couple thousand miles I have them do the cams.......!

The Duc Shop is turning my stock on edown. Fast and friendly service. when done it will weigh half as much of the stock. Hope to install next week.

08Hyper did the same.

Ditto on the Ducshop lightening. Down to 2.5lbs.
