a flapper question for those with the 2-1-2 set up

Have any of you removed the flapper valve and servo motor from the loom and not got an error message?

with the stock ECU you will get the code, so leave it in, disable the valve, and just fake out the motor, there are many threads on this, Aloha Alex

yes, but I don't have the stock EC I have the 2-1-2 Termi EC, So will the 2-1-2 EC throw a fault? if the flapper and servo are removed, I am eyeing up the shark replacement flapper pipe, I could go for the blank plate on the servo, but I want all the junk removed

What if you change the ECU but leave in the flapper and the O2?

Why change the ECU? the term 2-1-2 gets rid of the 02 sensor, and I belive disables the flapper valve, for the 3,5000 rpm pass by noise test, my objective is to dump the servo and the flapper valve for weigh and looks,

The 308B gives you a choice using the O2 and flapper, programmable yes/no.
