Thumbs up New Beast R - 250 miles in

A little background: have done just about everything I can to increase power/tq with the exception of porting/hi-comp pistons. Termi 2-1-2, DP cams and finally the Beast R

I had a custom map made on the dyno at a local shop. I dont have the graph but here are the figures. (Superflow Dyno)

Before with all above
84.8 HP
68 ft lbs TQ

With Beast R
88 HP
70 ftlbs TQ

The graph shows increased HP and TQ almost all across the entire rev range

Rode this past weekend about 250 miles on a short trip. At first, the sound was something to get used to. After a while though started to like it and when taking the throtle all the way to the stop on a straight it just sings.

Some woman gave me a dirty look as I came up to the right of her on the slab, hmmm...again throttle to the stop, music for her to enjoy

The power difference feels right where it should be. Any loss in HP due to intake restrictions is gone. The added power across the rev range, sound, and fueling (custom map) Make this a winner IMO

After this I'm going to be done for a while as the bike runs excellent. The next mod I do will be the Streetfighter with a different exhaust

You'll be able to map the Power Commander to suit whatever mods you intend to do.

I might add one of those too.

I have the DP ECU but you may be fine with just the PC3
