I'd go with the best price then service the Hyper close to home. That said I went to Harrisburg Pa. Koup's cycles. Good experience, nice people, good price.

Hi Art, I went to Manhattan - granted I live in the city. I knew the manager Bill from when he worked at Jack Trebour (NJ). I've had good experience each step of the way. I worked with Alex in sales and ultimately Bill gave me the pricing I needed to buy it from them. My last Duc was bought at Jack Trebour - I chose not to go there since I would need the service in manhattan. I can tell you price was the deciding factor. Manhattan has done a good job on the servicing aspect since I bought mine in September of last year.
Hope that helps,
TOm

Art,
I say shop around and get the hyper at the best deal you can, then find the service aspect 2nd. I bought one hyper @ DeSimone Motorsport,in NJ and my second hyper @ Phibbs Motorsport, in Albany. I live in Brooklyn, but for service I don't mind traveling so I will either go to "Country Joe" @ Trebour's, NJ or Tim @ Cliff's in CT. Cliff's will also pick up and deliver your bike for free if you are getting work done over $300 or $500, or atleast they do that for people in the city and its always a week turn around as the driver picks up your bike early Sat morning and will return early the following Sat.
Trebour, I always rode my bike out and then they have always brought my to the train to get back to the city and have always picked me up or my return to get my bike.

I now live in Florida but when I was looking to buy the Hyper, all the dealers here thought they were gonna sell me the base for $15,000. I was ready to go back to NY to get it from Formula 1 in Long Island. I forgot the name of the salesman I spoke to but we agreed on a price that I wanted. MSRP minus tax which I was gonna pay in FL once I registered it. I ended up getting the bike from here cause the dealer was calling me everyday and he gave it to me for $12,300 OTD. $300 more than what I wanted to pay but it would have cost me $600 to ship it down here, so I saved $300. If you get it get the "S" for $2Gs you get alot of extras
