W.T.F. !!! What is wrong with the rear tire ?

I simply can not believe it !!!
I have only 6900 miles on my new bike and the rear tire is showing something that is not right I think. I think they wire the tire wrong or something because I can see metal coming out of the rubber. Also when I brake hard it is not grabbing like it used to.
I will not ever buy a tire that brand. My car tires are the cheapest I find and have lasted me over 65k miles and over 11 years.
I bought this bike because it was supposed to be the best, but look now, I have to take it to the shop again for a tire check.
Could it be wrong tire pressure ?
Abuse maybe ( I ride the bike hard, over 50mph )
Anybody with the same problem ?

Dude, you need a new tire ASAP! 7k is somewhat standard affair for a motard style bike. I only get about 2k on my SXV. There's nothing wrong with that brand of tire. It's just lived it's life.

Hell, I only got 3700 miles on my tire. No question you need a new tire. Your VERY lucky to get that many miles on a tire. Your way over due for a new one for sure. No, there is nothing wrong with your bike, tire, pressure, etc.

I am winding plastic electrical tape around the exposed metal lines, that way I can get the tire to hold until I burn all the rubber on the sides. I tried masking tape but my neigbor the lawn mower mechanic told me it does not stay when it gets wet., and also looks odd.
Has anybody installed a 17" car tire on a Hyper, that way it will run more flat and I`m sure it will last longer. Plus they are cheaper !!!!
