It's About Time for a NJ-NY-CT ride
Is anyone organizing rides for Metro area Duc pilots? I'd like to do a group ride every couple of weeks (or more often). Anyone up to coordinating the effort? Tom

Just got my bike about 2 weeks ago. I would definitely be interested in some organized rides. Can't let those California guys have all the fun. I recently went to Cliff's Ducati in Dabury CT. and they post organized rides on their website. They have a stay over night ride up from Danbury to Vermont in May, sounds like fun I may go.

We go out of northern NJ for 100 - 200 mile day trips into PA and NYS. Any week now that the weather is getting better. Also, planning a 2-3 day trip up through the Catskills, across the Adirondack Park, into Vermont, and back south home. The idea is to do an all backroad trip and avoid the slab if at all possible. Sometime in June most likely.

Thanks, I do look in the Northeast section from time to time but I'm not sure if everyone does. I'll post there also.
I'd like to get some of the LI and NYC people to go for an upstate or NJ ride with the NJ group. Any of you LI/NYC people interested?

Also check : http://www.suspectsunlimited.com These are some local guys, they were on the following site and then decided to make their own and people on their are alway making rides, some have ducati's and some don't.
Or http://ducatimonsterforum.org/ Go down to "Local Club" and there is one for NYC and people there are also getting rides together.
Hope that helps.

You know I am up for a ride, but my moto is still in pieces. Waiting on 2 stupid bolts. I ordered the bolts based on the part numbers from the Service Manual, turns out they are Multi parts numbers as the Hypers are 7mm longer. Argh!

We are planning a Bear Mtn area ride this Saturday. I don't know the times yet but we are leaving LI around 10am. Anyone interested in leaving from LI, let me know.
