I had to resort to heavy rubberbands. Velcro might be a fix as well?

My O-ring broke too, I'm keeping the tool kit at home now.

I replaced my tool kit way back with a slightly larger zippered Chase Harper bag that I have zip tied in there.
The zip ties go to a loop in the back of the bag so it won't come loose, not that the zips go around the bag...

Mine is somewhere in the basement... There are really good toolkits out there that will work much better if you really feel the need to carry one around.

just take it out, mine rattled around and it was real annoying. you have the option to zip tie the the black case but if you need it in a jam, make sure you have a knife.

Mine was broken too. I got a much thicker o-ring from a mechanic friend and so far no issues.

I used some of those multi-purpose Velcro strips that wrap around and stick to themselves.
Not that I've ever needed that crap "tool kit" for anything, but it doesn't rattle around any more!
