Turn Signal Warning Light Problem
I have just installed led indicators all round. I have reset the instrument panel indicator setting to led and the flash rate is correct. The problem I have now is that the panel indicator warning light does not work now?
Whats the answer guys? how do you sort this out? I can live without the warning light but If there is a way of sorting it I'd rather have it working.
I suspect its something to do with the low power drawn from the led turn signals, but thought that the led setting on panel would have allowed for this?
Thanks,
Duncan.

Do all the lights work properly. I know that if they're all disconnected the dash indicator won't light if the signals are used. Double check all your connections ... I know this sounds obvious but it's all I've got.
Best of luck, sir.

Thanks Da_Bull
Yeh all the lights are fine,
I think from reading through previous threads that I probably need to fit resistors to the front turn signals, apparently the originals handguard ones draw a lot more current than aftermarket led type. It seems that setting the dash panel to led for turn signals only takes into account the fact that the rears are being changed, not the front. Strange thing is on led dash setting flash rate is correct. I'll post my results with the resistors when I get some fitted.
Thanks,
Duncan.

I just installed lava stingerz from custom dynamics to use as my front blinkers.
After the install, my signal indicator light on the dash stopped working.
I checked all connections with the same results. I started the engine and tried the blinkers and everything worked fine.
Probably has something to do with the plc/ecu controlling the blinkers. All is well now, no resistors used either.

Thanks Guys
Thanks for advice.
Warning light still doesn't work with engine running either, when I get it sorted I'll post the info.
Regards,
Duncan.
