Buying dropped Hyper S

Hey guys, just today I was at the dealership near my home and I saw a used hyper motard for sale. it had the full exhaust and steering damper. They were offering it in $9,800 with 2,500 miles. The only problem is that it has been dropped. Here are some pictures of the damage. would you buy it? What would you pay for it?
the say it belonged to the service guy in the dealership.

I can't see the damage you're trying to show in the second picture (dash).

It doesn't look that bad; any damage to the pegs or rear brake pedal? Any other details regarding the drop?

I would see if they would take $8500 AND replace the rear exhaust panel. You're going to have to repaint that fairing/panel.

Whats the damage? Just the last picture? I don't see no problem with that. It also has the DP seat so i will say price is not too bad.

It belongs to the DNA Area 22 Sales Manager, Shawn Sundheim. Thats a pretty good price for an S model with full Termignoni 2-1 exhaust, DP race seat, DP steering damper and peg sliders.... but I think its sold today. You would be over $18,000.00 if purchasing it new with these accessories. I would ask if they, AMW, can help you out on the prices of the right side pannels. Although, as far as I know it still belongs to Shawn Sundheim and not the dealership.

I think its pretty good for the price, still I have to pay taxes for it. I would like to see how much it would be including taxes.

I am having some dilemma with what my mother wants me to buy. now she says she does not want me in the hyper because she says its a stunt bike.
My family has always liked old style monster and now they want me to get a S4Rs tricolore. I will have to see what I'll get in the end since my parents keep changing their minds every 10 minutes. One day she calls me and tells me I am not getting anymore bikes the other day she calls me and tells me she likes the street fighter and now its the tricolore.

yeah I think they will pretty much choose the bike for me. But I wanna have good reasons to buy another one if the one they choose is not the one I like.

I remember when I grew up and bought my first motorcycle.

At first my parents were unhappy with my decision ... then I rode away.
