Race plastics for Hyper?
dont crack up just wondering... I meanafter all it is poretty expensive to wad up that front fairing / fender combo...
I have searched on the webzzzz and no luck for something not even a simple number plate anyone got any leads or solutions...

I don't know about other orgs, but with WERA the bike doesn't seem to fit anywhere worth running it... I've only heard of a couple people actually racing Hypers so there isn't much call for the bodywork. I haven't seen any nose and side fairings for the track yet. I'm sure they'll pop-up eventually.
I'd love to race a hyper if it could be cometitive somewhere!

LRRS is a part of CCS. We have a "motard" class and a few people have run the Hyper there. Minimal success.

It's just too out there to be competitive but it'd run in any of the classes the other bikes with a DS1k motor in them can run with us.

thanks for the info guys was not looking to race CCS or WERA I have my GSXR for that. I just want to be able to do our private track days and not worry about wadding up the OEM stuff....

No crap the plastics are crazy expensive. A fender and headlight assy goes for $3000. Though there is one on ebay - starting bid $1000. Bargain!

probably cheaper to buy some of the low quality CF stuff on egay for the track

I think I would retro fit some supersport race plastics for that.
