Riding 2-up on the Hyper?
Does anyone here do any 2-up on their Hyper? Is it as bad as I'm thinking it might be? It's now my only bike capable of riding 2-up, and on my BMW R1200GS you couldn't even tell you had a passenger on back, but I'm guessing the Hyper is another story.

I rode two up this weekend for an hour, it was the first time I have ridden two up on the hyper, the last bike we did it once and found that it wasnt meant for passengers, last bike was a monster, before that was a Yamaha R6 which again was not a two up bike, the TL1000R I had before that was her favorite, she says the hyper is a close second to the TLR, I felt kinda cramped to be honest with you but I am not exactly a small guy weighing in at just over 200lbs

I'm 325 and 6'4" and have run an hour or so a few times 2 up, it's crowded but not horrible. If I weren't such a fatass it'd be even better

We ride two up, I am 77 kg and my wife 50 kg so we are not monsters but we have shitloads of room.
When she sits in forward toward me while spirited riding we do not hold up anyone and for the most of it can make ground on our mates who are one up so the handling is not affected at all, in fact it feels slightly more planted if anything.
Game on, nicely spaced out passenger sets and great seat, get into it and give it a good go .. you will be pleasantly surprised.

A few miles to the diner in town for breakfast, but thats it. Its too small for two up and you feel cramped and pushed forward when you get on the brakes. There is no way I'd go out for a day with a passenger. In fact, I pulled my passenger pegs off I disliked it so much. My wife on the other hand said it wasn't bad.
Maybe if you moved the bars forward with different offset bar mounts it would be tolerable.

Sean your bike must look like a pocket bike under you!
