Now I know you guys have lost your marbles.
Of course, if you mentioned riding the Pony Express Trail to SLC, then I might be interested. Here are the photos for our ride last year to Miller Motorsports: Pony Express

It would be SO COOL to have access to the stuff you guys have, they have been talking of an international level circuit only 50km from here ... but they have been talking about it for a long long time

4-5 of us are FLYING to Miller from Los Angeles. We arrive Saturday morning and head back Monday morning. I'm at the "Little America" hotel in SLC, the decor looks like a fricking doll house
Even on my Multi I have no interest in riding 1200 miles of boring ass superslab. Ride safe you crazy Bay Area types

I'll be there for sure, same spots as last year, with my RV at the track (near the Blackrock hairpin), and in the ERDA grandstands, which gives a great view of much of the track.
I may have the Hyper and one or two of the other bikes. I definitely plan to ride the trackday that Apex Trackdays is putting on the Monday after.

Hi John,
I am going as I said but I am not riding, no way, boring!
I know my bike does not have miles compared to you, I know my tires last only 1000 miles, but my gear shifter has more clicks than yours
and I cannot ride straight, I would fall asleep
I am defintely flying, the question is then camping or hotel?
I don't mind, I also have budies camping (Chris), we just all need to sync up so that we can party Saturday night
Bromike666 was talking about a doll house, what kind of dolls are we talking about
Cheers, Christian.

Christian, I knew that you were too smart to ride your Hyper across the Nevada desert! Can't imagine why anyone would want to do this. John, what are you thinking (or smoking)?

dudes ... not thinking of riding across nevada ... want to completely avoid nevada.
route i am thinking is ride south in ca, cut east through arizona, then north to utah to tooele/salt lake city. longer route, but will avoid the boring nevada slabs, and will include some twisties on the way ... and way better scenery.
